AXJ Encoder (Art.37913)
FEATURES
High precision encoder to dramatically enhance performance of the AXJ equatorial mount.
■ The encoder permits release of clamp while link to the cordinate of the STAR BOOK TEN controller is maintained, which
is very useful to introduce celestial objects by moving optical tube by hands.
■ High precision tracking
The AXJ encoder monitors tracking of the mount with resolution of 0.1 arc sec (DEC). Even very small periodic motion of the high precision AXJ mount will be detected for further accurate tracking.
■ Built-in design.
The encoder is designed to be built in the equatorial mount for smooth handling and storage.
In order for AXJ EQ Mount to function with AXJ Encoder, programme update for StarBook-TEN Controller needs to be updated with the latest programme available from Vixen Co.,Ltd.
